Refund Policy

Thankyou for shopping with us. 

Due to the nature of our 'rip and ship' service where products are opened live on behalf of the customer and due to the potential tampering of TCG products - we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or change of Mind refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and processed. All sales are final.

By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

  • All items are opened live as part of the service you are paying for (unless stated by customer within the order comment box)
  • Once a product has been opened it cannot be returned or refunded
  • We are not responsible for the condition, quality, or contents of sealed products as determined by the manufacturer.
  • No refunds will be issued for pulls, outcomes, or perceived value of items received.
  • If a product is missing from your shipment due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Please ensure you understand the nature of rip and ship services before making a purchase.

Live Order Openings

By placing an order during a live stream event, you acknowledge and consent to your order being opened live on camera as part of the broadcast. Your order number will be announced at the time of opening.

SVG CARDS will wait for customers to join the live chat before opening their order. If a customer is not present, their order will be set aside, and reasonable attempts will be made to contact them. Orders will not be opened until the customer is actively in the chat.

All cards pulled during the stream will be packaged and shipped in accordance with our standard shipping and combined shipping policies. Customers who request to exclude bulk or non-rare cards from their shipment will have only the specified cards sent. SVG CARDS is not responsible for confirming or reminding customers of these preferences once the order has been fulfilled on stream.

Video recordings of live streams may be posted publicly on social media or used for marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to your username and order contents being visible in such content.

Orders are opened in the order they are received unless otherwise stated. Once an item is opened, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable, except where required by law. Any product defects or disputes must be reported within 14 days of delivery and receipt.

Dispatch & Shipping

Orders are dispatched every Monday.
Next business day shipping is available for eligible orders.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking. Shipments come with standard cover of up to $100 insurance. Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details to monitor delivery progress.

We offer an Open Box shipping option for customers placing multiple orders within the same night. This allows eligible orders to be combined into a single shipment. This option includes a small additional cost to accommodate the larger packaging required.

If you only plan to place a single order, the standard shipping option remains the most cost-effective choice. When selecting Open Box, you will receive a discount code to use on additional orders placed that night, ensuring you are not charged shipping multiple times.

All orders are subject to processing times prior to dispatch. While most orders are prepared promptly, delays may occur during high-demand periods. Delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post service conditions. SVG CARDS is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SVG CARDS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

All parcels include standard insurance cover of up to $100. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post. Additional insurance coverage can be arranged upon request prior to dispatch.

Product Condition

All products sold by SVG CARDS are trading card items and may contain minor imperfections from the manufacturer.

  • Sealed products are not guaranteed to contain specific cards, pulls, or hit rates.
  • Card condition may vary and is not guaranteed to be gem mint unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent variability of trading card products.

Liability

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. SVG CARDS is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by Australia Post or other third-party services. We will assist customers in lodging enquiries or claims where applicable.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items:

  • Release dates are subject to change by the supplier or manufacturer.
  • Orders will be dispatched once stock is received.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be held and shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Fraud Prevention

SVG CARDS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraudulent activity. Additional verification may be required for certain transactions before orders are processed.

Privacy

SVG CARDS collects customer information necessary to process orders, including name, address, and contact details. This information is used solely for:

  • Order processing and delivery
  • Customer communication
  • Improving our services

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties, except where required to complete services (e.g., payment providers and shipping carriers).

Prices and Billing

All prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price you pay for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees. Prices shown on our online store may differ from prices in physical stores or other online platforms operated by SVG CARDS or third parties.

Promotions may be offered from time to time, and such promotions may be governed by separate terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply.

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date purchase, payment, and account information. You also agree to promptly update your account information - including email address, credit card number, and expiration date - so that transactions can be processed correctly and you can be contacted if necessary.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. The credit card or payment method you provide is valid and accurate.
  2. You are authorized to use the payment method for the purchase.
  3. Any charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider.
  4. You will pay all charges, including product price, shipping, handling, and applicable taxes, at the prices displayed at the time of order.
