Open Box Option
We offer an Open Box shipping option for customers who intend to place multiple orders within the week. This allows all eligible orders to be combined into a single shipment.
This option includes a small additional cost to accommodate the larger packaging required to safely consolidate multiple orders.
If you only plan to place a single order, the standard shipping option remains the most cost-effective choice.
When selecting Open Box, you will receive a discount code to use on any additional orders placed that week, ensuring you are not charged shipping multiple times. All open box orders shipped Friday.
Processing Times
All orders are subject to processing times prior to dispatch. While most orders are prepared promptly, delays may occur during high-demand periods.
Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post service conditions. SVG CARDS is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SVG CARDS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
All parcels include standard insurance cover of up to $100. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
Additional insurance coverage can be arranged upon request prior to dispatch.
